The Institute of Worklife Ministry is the workplace chaplaincy training division of the Worklife
Institute, providing education, mentoring and outreach services for pastoral care professionals.
The Worklife Institute is a leading center for resources providing worklife support with a
variety of programs for individuals and companies seeking to address with integrity the
challenges of today's business environment.
All Institute programs aim to promote the
highest quality of worklife by encouraging in-depth reflection upon
core spiritual values and providing practical tools to enhance
employee and company well-being. |

The Worklife Institute resource center collections include books, periodicals, documents and
files on worklife ministry, spirituality and theology, employee counseling, conflict resolution,
corporate leadership and change management, economics, business and professional ethics, career
transition and other topics related to quality of worklife.
The Center also contains archives and academic research on workplace chaplaincy and data on
employee assistance programs and provider groups, centers for ethics and policy, licensing
bodies and professional organizations.
The Resource Center is open to the public,
serving national and international visitors, and is one of the
largest of its kind in North America.

Diana C. Dale is a clinically-trained corporate chaplain with a specialization in
organizational ethics, conflict resolution and change management and is a Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a Registered Engineering Geologist and
for 14 years held senior positions in the oil and engineering / environmental
industries.
She received her B.S. and M.A. from Stanford
University. She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in corporate
chaplaincy, a Master of Divinity degree with graduate work at
Graduate Theological Union and the Center for Ethics and Social
Policy in Berkeley, CA and is completing further doctoral work in
Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Texas.
